Getting Started

Absolutely not, FinFlx corporate platform gives your organisation full control of the gratuity management system through a cloud-based web platform. So, user can access it from anywhere and on any device.
Being cloud based, FinFlx offers you peace of mind in regard to security, data storage and processing capacity. We take care of all the technicalities so you can focus on growing your business.

As soon as you sign the service agreement, you will be given access to the platform to fill in your organization details and start adding employees. within 24 hours, your organization account will be approved, and you will be able to fund your employees accounts immediately.

You can add the details of your employees manually or do bulk upload on the platform. Each employee will be sent an invitation email to create their own user login, fill in their contact details and choose the investment portfolio suitable to them. Our team will assist you during the on-boarding process.

Everything Payroll

Your monthly contributions are calculated on the platform. Once approved by you, you can transfer the total amount through your preferred payment channel (your bank account or exchange house).

We are working tirelessly on direct integrations that will help you automate and manage the process from within FinFlx platform itself.

Of course, FinFlx is designed with a role based access. Each role has certain functions allowed.

So, you decide WHO can do WHAT and WHEN. You can also enable multi step approvals between HR, finance and top management with just a few clicks.

Employee joining/leaving

If an employee is leaving, you mark his contribution as “final contribution”. That will generate a detailed statement of monthly and total contribution amounts he/she received.

You can request that the employee signs electronically or print out the report for live signature for your own record keeping.

Even though the employee has full visibility of deposited contributions and the performance of his retirement plan, An employee can only withdraw his gratuity amount upon leaving the current employer.

Security & Data Privacy

FinFlx uses segregated client accounts to keep your deposits completely separate from FinFlx own accounts. All deposits are held with reputable banks in both UAE and US.

FinFlx has partnered with top custodian firms in the United States to ensure your money is secured. Each client’s account is insured by SIPC for upto $500K (AED 1.84 Million), including $250K (AED 918K) claims for cash.

We use bank level security to encrypt and secure all your personal and transactional data. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. FinFlx will never pass your personal information to any third-party without your previous consent.

We are working on obtaining license from UAE top regulators, and we work in full compliance with UAE rules and regulations.
